Edward Meigs, CFA

Portfolio Manager - High Yield and Global Income Builder Funds

Mr. Meigs is a Portfolio Manager of the First Eagle High Yield Fund with Mr. Slein, and a Portfolio Manager of the First Eagle Global Income Builder Fund with Mr. Caputo, Mr. Hordon and Mr. Slein. He joined First Eagle Investment Management, LLC in October 2011. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Portfolio Manager of the Dwight High Yield Fund at Dwight Asset Management Company LLC, where he focused on high yield opportunities in the gaming/leisure/ lodging, home builders and building materials industries. Previously, he spent four years at Mount Washington Investment Group as a High Yield Portfolio Manager. Prior to that, he served as Vice President at Falcon Asset Management. He began his career at Wheat First as a Credit Analyst. Mr. Meigs received his B.A. from Occidental College and his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Sean Slein, CFA

Portfolio Manager - High Yield and Global Income Builder Funds

Mr. Slein is a Portfolio Manager of the First Eagle High Yield Fund with Mr. Meigs, and a Portfolio Manager of the First Eagle Global Income Builder Fund with Mr. Caputo, Mr. Hordon and Mr. Meigs. He joined First Eagle Investment Management, LLC in October 2011. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Portfolio Manager of the Dwight High Yield Fund at Dwight Asset Management Company LLC, where he focused on high yield opportunities in the forest products/packaging, transportation and services industries. Previously, he spent two years as a fixed income analyst in the private placement department of Allstate Insurance Company. He began his career on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange as an options strategist with Discount Corporation of New York Futures. Mr. Slein received his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Analysts

Stefanie Bachhuber, CFA

Ms. Bachhuber is a Senior Credit Analyst for the First Eagle High Yield Fund. She joined First Eagle Investment Management, LLC in October 2011 and covers various consumer-related industries, including retailers, tobacco, textile and apparel, and environmental, as well as building material and autos. Prior to joining the firm, she spent ten years as a senior credit analyst for Dwight Asset Management LLC, where she focused on both investment grade and high yield opportunities in the consumer sectors. Previously, she spent two years at Mount Washington Investment Group focusing on corporate credit. Prior to that, she served as head of high yield research at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey. She began working in fixed income at Federated Investors, where she spent five years as a high yield analyst and co-portfolio manager of a high yield strategy. Ms. Bachhuber received her B.S. from Tulane University and her MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Kevin Kuzio, CFA

Mr. Kuzio is a Senior Credit Analyst for the First Eagle High Yield Fund. He joined First Eagle Investment Management, LLC in December 2011 and covers the energy, airlines, and technology, media and telecommunications industries, as well as metals and mining. Prior to joining the firm, Kevin was the head of Credit Research and a senior credit analyst for Dwight Asset Management LLC, where he focused on both investment grade and high yield opportunities. Previously, he spent five years at KDP Investment Advisors as a senior high yield analyst responsible for airlines and technology and media coverage. Prior to that, he served as senior vice president at Catalyst Financial Group. He began working in fixed income at Duff & Phelps Fixed Income Research, where he spent two years as a senior fixed income analyst. Mr. Kuzio received his B.Mus. from Susquehanna University and his MBA from Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Andrew Bahl

Mr. Bahl is a Credit Analyst for the First Eagle High Yield Fund. He joined First Eagle Investment Management, LLC in October 2011 and covers transports, aerospace and defense, gaming, lodging, and leisure. Prior to joining the firm, he served as an Associate Credit Analyst at Dwight Asset Management LLC, where he focused on high yield and investment grade opportunities in the transportation industry. Previously, he spent over six years as a manager at the business consulting firm Protiviti, where he executed operational and compliance reviews for clients. Mr. Bahl received his B.S. from Washington and Lee University. He has passed all three levels of the CFA Program and will be eligible for the CFA charter upon completion of the required work experience.
